Senior boys are not like senior girls 😅 I can prompt senior girls all day long to get beautiful movement and fun poses. Senior boys? 😂😅
My best tips for photographing boys is to talk to them. Logan’s mom and I were literally crying laughing at the stuff I was pulling from Logan during our session together. Ask them about school, do they have a partner? Do they have a job? Do they play sports? The list can go on and on. It gets them to feel more comfortable and not be so awkward 😅
I gave Logan prompts for sure, but most of his photos happened while I talked to him.
I also HIGHLY recommend props for boys. Meaning a dog or their car, or both! Stick a boy out in the desert with nothing to lean or sit on and no props? The job just got even harder lol
Boys can often end up being even easier than girls! They are generally chill about their hair and outfit changes & easy to please! Most are just doing this to make mom happy anyway 😂🤍
