Evangeline doesn’t have just one tooth. She has two! What! Two baby teeth on the bottom row. She is going to look so silly haha. Evie came with mama this week to a 10 hour shoot day for a modeling job. She was amazing! I can’t believe how much she has changed from her first bath photos in week one to now!
Evangeline has a tooth! I thought last week she might be teething. She keeps trying to bite me and chew on everything. My friend even bought her a teething ring because we were so sure. Last night I rubbed my finger on her gum and whoa! Holy sharp little tooth! I can’t believe she has a tooth already. How did this happen! She can now hold up her head on her own so she gets to play in her bouncer toys.
Lots of tummy time this week. She finally seems to enjoy it. Alway looking around and smiling. It’s so fun to see how she changes each week.
Week twelve was a happy week. We went to Northern California for Thanksgiving. All my relatives finally got to meet Evie. Evie was amazing on our drive to & from Norcal. The way back took us 11 hours and she was perfect the entire time. We feel very lucky to have such an easy going baby.
Week eleven was a sad week. We said goodbye to our dear old friend Butch. Butch was our match maker, my husband’s soulmate, and the most loyal, human like dog I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I am so lucky to have been his mama. We all miss him dearly and I can’t wait to show Evie these photos one day and tell her he is the reason her mama & papa are together. Now she has two doggy angels watching over her.
Evangeline had her first Halloween! Her and her boston terrier sister Clementine were unicorns. For months now I have had a vision in my head about how cute they would be together in their photo. Who knew my baby would flip out in the unicorn costume? Not me! I thought she would be happy and smile for her photo. Ha. Ha. I started the unicorn challenge at 9:30am. I was finally able to get a decent photo at 4:30pm. It literally took me all day to get this photo. My entire day was consumed with the unicorn photo. Poor Clementine […]
Week seven was a happy week. Evangeline is such a good baby. This mama is well rested and so in love with her little babe. Remember I said I needed to capture the boo boo lip? Nailed it.
Week six was the week of the crib. She started going longer and longer stretches to 7.5 hours straight! I’m now the one waking her up to nurse! I’ll wake her up when my body tells me it’s time, nurse her, then she goes back to sleep for hours! We have been having the best nights sleep. I know this most likely won’t last forever but it’s sure nice now! Evie’s papa read her first Russian book to her yesterday and as you can see by the photos she absolutely loved it.
