In September we wore a lot of overalls, played in the river, and did a ton of location scouting with mama! We also made best friends with a horse! He LOVES Evangeline and Goldie and they love him! Our cousins came to stay with us for a couple weeks and we had so much fun with them! I took their family photos on the farm and Evangeline got to come be my assistant!

My cousin came to visit our new house and escape the horrible fires happening in her part of the world right now. I have a new favorite location on my list that I was dying to photograph and Rachel + her family made all my dreams come true! The location is super close to our house in Queen Creek. I had the honor of photographing Dr. Freiberg at her home in Queen Creek with her husband and animals. I had so much fun! I would say it was 50% work, 50% play. I got to feed the horses treats and take dream photos of Dr. Freiberg and her horses! Dr. Freiberg is a local veterinarian who makes house calls to help our pets cross over peacefully. She is for sure someone I would want in my home helping us, when the time comes for our beloved pets.

The most important part of this blog post is please take note that the hideous basketball hoop no longer exists by our pool. It is long gone and I am so much happier. It was truly ruining my life because I couldn’t possibly take a nice photo with it ruining my background! Goldie’s room has been wallpapered and we LOVE it so much. Evangeline’s room is next!
