Evangeline and I went to Disneyland for her 4th birthday. I didn’t take my camera with me as it’s way too heavy to lug around with all the others things I have to lug around by myself with a four year old. I met the loveliest family at their home in Pacific Palisades to do Cody’s newborn session. She is so loved. Little does she know how lucky she is! Two older sisters, a wonderful mom and dad, and an adoring golden retriever named Aspen. Dad is an amazing chiropractor and Cody loved being held upside down to calm down.

Any family that tells me they want to do their session in bathing suits, is the family for me! I LOVE this idea so much it hurts. We did their photos at gorgeous El Matador in Malibu. You would never know by looking at these photos that the tide was way too high, the beach was insanely crowded, and there were lines waiting to shoot in certain spots. All totally worth the sweat and adrenaline that comes with shooting here! I love this family!
