in December the leaves finally turned beautiful colors and fell from the trees. Los Angeles is a little behind haha. We went to Northern California to visit my family and have Christmas.

November was so insanely busy for me doing client shoots, that I barely picked up my camera for Evangeline. Now I feel guilty. I have tons of iphone photos which are posted daily on my instagram, but I guess I need to get out my big camera more! She has been using her potty since 13 months! She goes whenever we put her on it. It’s pretty amazing.

Evangeline’s 1st birthday | Los Angeles birthday party photographer
Evangeline absolutely loved her 1st birthday party. She loved it so much she never took a nap that day! She ended up passing out for the night around 6pm though. Party animal! She had a joint birthday party with her cousin Oliver who is two weeks younger than her. As you will see in the photos, she loved her cousin. The photos of her kissing him are pretty hysterical. Thank you to everyone who came and made her party so special!

This is such a bittersweet post! I can’t believe I have a walking one year old now! Yes, Evangeline took her first steps on her birthday! It was amazing enough she walked on her actual birthday, but she did it right after my husband came home from work and we were both in the same room. It was like she was waiting to show us! Our baby girl Evangeline is one year old today! I am so glad I did this project with her. It’s amazing to see how much she changed every week. The one photo where she isn’t on the map blanket is from when we were in Australia. She also never wore the same outfit twice!

This is the week of passionate kisses and cuddles. She loves to wrap her arms around my neck and passionately kiss me. She loves to say “hiiii baby!” She has been sleeping on her twin mattress this week. When she wakes up and cries, I go into her room and lay on her bed.
