Evangeline is now eight months old. I can’t believe how fast time flies! She was cracking up at herself trying to roll over on me for her weekly photo. I kept rolling her back and she would laugh so hard. Baby laughter has got to be the best sound in the world.

Week thirty one started off with her new puppy Fawkes. They already have the cutest relationship! I post a ton of iphone photos of them on my instagram. If you’re not following me there yet, you should!

It’s becoming a bit challenging getting her weekly photo now. I have about 2 seconds before she snatches the unicorn right up. Somehow have to make it to 52 weeks!

Evangeline had her six month appointment this week! She’s 18.3 pounds and 28.5 inches long. She’s 80th percentile for weight and 97th for height.

Evangeline is starting to kind of crawl! She can go backwards and even though she isn’t full on crawling, she can get pretty far across a room when you aren’t looking! She is refusing to eat anything but yogurt, (we created a monster) she loves papa’s banjo and listening to death metal with papa. She is still doing her squint smile which I am sure you didn’t miss below. Oh and she is obsessed with herself in the mirror. My favorite photos are the ones where she is trying to eat herself.

Evangeline is six months old and twenty six weeks old. This means she is now able to eat solid foods! We are doing baby led weaning for Evangeline because although it may be extremely messy, it is for sure the easiest method! So far she kinda likes bananas, hates sweet potato, likes mango, not sure yet about avocado, LOVES yogurt. She has also turned into a little food monster.
