Harlow & Blake {Los Angeles Halloween mini session}

I photographed the cutest Halloween mini session for Harlow & Blake this weekend! Harlow wanted to be a purple fairy and Blake was an adorable unicorn. Harlow helped me decorate the set which was Brandy & Moe’s bare wall. It worked perfectly for the shoot! These girls are seriously so adorable I can’t stand it. Look at that smile on Blake! The last shot I absolutely love because it was just a test shot. I asked Harlow to stand in so I could check the light and she strikes a major model pose. What she is doing with her feet is what I do with my feet when I model! How does she know how to do that? She is only two! Turning three this month but still! I think Brandy & Moe have created a tiny supermodel.

Soooo beautiful! I know you don't normally do indoor shoots, but I think this format really worked here. Setting the girls against the grey wall really lets their personalities shine! Harlow definitely reminds me of you in that last photo–you both turn on instant model even when the photographer is only testing the light!

Thank you Alyssa! Yes the room had lovely window light so it totally worked and I loved that it looked like a little set. Harlow is amazing and I am sure her mama being a model being an amazing model has nothing to do with it 😉
